Returns
Our return policy lasts 7 consecutive days from the date you receive your item. If 7 consecutive days have gone by since the delivery date, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (for applicable products). To complete your return, we require your order number. Send an email to dumisani@autonomicliving.com so we can arrange collection of the returning item. Please note that returns are free in South Africa only.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on the method of payment. This will be communicated to you over email and/or SMS.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank — there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact dumisani@autonomicliving.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when you receive your item. Exchanges are only applicable for the exact same product and product variant (same colour, size, etc.). Send an email to dumisani@autonomicliving.com so we can arrange collection of the returning item (if we approve the exchange). Please note that returns are free in South Africa only. Depending on where the item is collected, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We will also let you know what the production time is, should the product not be in stock.
Delivery
Returns and redeliveries are free in South Africa only, for approved returns and exchanges, provided the collection address and delivery address of the new item are the same, or at least the address(es) is/are in the same province. We will co-ordinate with couriers to arrange collections and deliveries of your items.
