Why “Autonomic Living”?
The Oxford English Dictionary defines the term “autonomic” as “involuntary or unconscious; relating to the autonomic nervous system”. In this context, Autonomic Living designs homeware products that are so comfortable and effortless to use that they feel natural to interact with. Each product is built on industrial design principles — human-centred design with a strong emphasis on ergonomics, a distinct aesthetic language, and inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright‘s iconic principle: “form follows function”.
