Payments are done securely on 2 platforms — PayFast and Pay Just Now. PayFast is for regular, once-off purchases. You will be directed to their page for capturing payment details and then redirected back to our site once payment is processed successfully. Payment methods include:

  • Credit, cheque and debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro)
  • Masterpass and Zapper
  • InstantEFT (PayFast)

Pay Just Now is a payment method which allows the customer to get their purchased products upfront (production and delivery times still apply) and pay for them over 3 interest-free instalments in 3 consecutive months. Just select the Pay Just Now option under the Payment page during checkout. Payment methods include:

  • Credit, cheque and debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro)
  • Masterpass

All our products have a specified production time on each product page, which means it takes a specified amount of working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) to manufacture the ordered product before it is sent out for delivery. Then, the ordered product will be delivered to the address you provide through a courier service. From the date your order is ready to be delivered, this courier service usually takes 2 to 5 working days. You will receive an email/SMS of the courier details as well as a tracking number so you can track the delivery progress at any time.

These are days of the week that exclude Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

Delivery is free for all our products, no matter the quantity. We currently offer delivery in Gauteng, Durban, Port Elizabeth and Cape Town. If you don't reside in these areas, please contact us so we can arrange something for you — delivery fees may apply.

Autonomic Living is located in Sandton, South Africa. We do not have a walk-in store just yet, but you can contact us regarding any queries.

To avoid this from happening, use the tracking number sent to you to track the delivery progress. To change the delivery address and/or date, you may be charged a rescheduling fee — please contact the courier (and have your tracking number ready) if you need to change the delivery address and/or date.

All our products are made of durable, good-quality materials. We do provide recommended cleaning and/or maintenance instructions with all relevant products, because a good-quality product is as good as its maintenance routine.
